Lisa Haucke, who was born in 1987 in Herdecke, studied free art and performance in Berlin and Braunschweig. At the Institute of Performative Arts and Education she obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in performing arts and art mediation. In the specialist class for spatial concepts given by Candice Breitz, she obtained her diploma and masters in fine art. She has been particularly influenced in her work in dance by the choreographer Sylvia Heyden (principal of T.A.N.Z Braunschweig), with whom she trained for three years, extending her knowledge of the art of dance improvisation and gaining importance impetus for her work with the body. Lisa Haucke is promising herself new momentum in the area of cultural education from the flying artist’s room. She is looking forward to the people, the encounters and the spaces and niches in which art and dance is possible in the context of school, and to the creativity and curiosity of the students and teachers. She is particularly excited by the concept of a UNESCO school.
